In the project management workshop we were taught the basics of initial planning, how to set up milestones and to track our progress and to prevent scope creep so that our scope doesn’t just become a huge mess of out of reach goals.
In the Research Techniques workshop we were taught how to quickly and simply look up research material and how to keep track of everything that we have been looking for as well as finding the relevant information in amongst the irrelevant information.
In the Leadership workshop we were taught about different leadership styles that suit different situations, how to keep a balance between the different aspects of a group we lead and how to keep a group motivated and organize quality and tempo
In the Time and Stress management workshop we are taught about how to keep a good work-life balance and dealing with burnout as well as strategies on how to deal with our time and tools and techniques that would help with that.
